Publishers Needed
Each
year, publishers discard thousands of books. It’s
an unfortunate financial reality that it many cases, it’s more economical
to destroy books than to store them.
Books for the Kids/Libros para los Niños was founded with one simple
idea: What if we could take those books
and put them in the hands of people who have none? What a difference that
could make!
We’re actively seeking publishers of Spanish-language books willing
to donate remainders. It’s a win-win-win situation: publishers can
get a tax write off, remove books from their inventory, and boys and girls,
women and men in San Antonio La Nueva Esperanza receive the greatest gift
of all: books that will educate, illuminate and inspire!
